Bernard explains, in his own inimitable way, difficult bidding sequences. Current Login Issue

We are currently experiencing login issues for some users using Safari on iPads. We sincerely apologise and would like to assure you that this is a system issue and not something you are doing wrong when logging in.

If you are using an iPad could you please ensure you have cleared your Safari cache as follows:

  1. Open Settings

    • Tap theĀ āš™ļø SettingsĀ app on your iPad.

  2. Go to Safari Settings

    • Scroll down and selectĀ SafariĀ from the list.

  3. Clear History and Website Data

    • Scroll down and tapĀ Clear History and Website Data.
    • Confirm by tappingĀ ClearĀ in the popup.

The issue is related to a third-party integration and we are working with the developers to get the issue resolved ASAP.
